The Raspberry Hazelnut Meringue Cake is soon to be your family’s favourite cake. This frozen cake is made of layers of crisp hazelnut vegan meringue are topped with vanilla coconut whipped cream and frozen raspberries. The cake is topped with toasted hazelnuts and raspberries and kept naked on the outside to show off the layered effect. This cake is served just slightly defrosted and is a lighter and crisp version of an ice cream cake.

For Easter Pre-Ordering: please place all orders by Monday April 6th for pick up on Friday April 10th or otherwise arranged. Please note your desired pick up date in the check out notes.

The Creative Process



The raspberry meringue cake is free from gluten, dairy, eggs, animal products and soy. It contains hazelnuts but can be made without nuts.

Holiday Orders will be taken up to December 22nd, and the final day for pick up is December 24th. Pick ups or delivery can occur as early as Monday December 9th.

All treats can be ordered 48 hours in advance for pick up at one of the following locations:

  • Hamilton: 811 King Street East (Corner of Fairleigh and King East)
  • Toronto: 40 Linelle Street (401 and Yonge St)

Delivery is an option for a small fee. Please inquire at check out.

    This cake is not only gorgeous (looks exactly as pictured with the exposed layering which makes it look really whimsical) but it is the most delicious cake I’ve ever had, vegan or otherwise. The layering of the meringue with the vanilla coconut whipped cream makes it really fluffy and delicious. It also needs to be kept frozen so it’s more of a ice cream cake. Gone way too soon <3

    Would definitely recommend this cake and Dolled Up Desserts anyday.
