- 1 bag Dolled Up Desserts Cloud Nine Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup Grapeseed, Canola, Or Sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 3/4 cup Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips

- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine oil, puree and spices in a large mixing bowl using a spatula.
- Once combined, mix in baking mix until no dry pockets are present. Add in chocolate chips near end of mixing.
- Using a soup spoon or cookie scoop, scoop balls of dough about 2 tbsp in size. Squish down to the size of cookie you want (they won't spread!).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are solid. Let cool completely on pan.
STORAGE
Store cookies in the fridge or counter for no more than 24 hours, in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
